Ezy Pet Shop guarantees that you will be satisfied with our services and products. We will never let any of our customers suffer any loss or dissatisfaction as it is such a shameful situation for us. We are very happy and satisfy with the quality of our products that should you have any problems with the product, please write to us email@example.com and we will refund your money back after confirmation! This is our promise to you.
PLEASE TAKE NOTED RETURNS THAT DOES NOT FULFILL THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA CANNOT BE PROCEEDED OR REFUNDED
- Item(s) must be in original condition with original tag and original packaging condition.
- Item(s) must be in clean and free from ANY Pet fur/hair.
- Item(s) must be returned within 7 days from the date of the received.
Returns will not be proceed if the item(s) does not meet the above criteria, at your own expense.
If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Ezy Pets will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 14 days after the confirmation.
